A. Right of Withdrawal Instructions

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as set out below, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Greenwood | Bucaddi Int. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our website at https://thegreenwood.de/account/orders. If you use this online option, we will send you, without delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) containing information on the content of your withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract through a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you will also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is deemed to be the case in particular if we are also your lender, or if your lender makes use of our involvement in relation to the financing. If the loan has already been paid out to us at the time the withdrawal takes effect or at the time the goods are returned, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, provided you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal in respect of that agreement.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that points 1–2 above are not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

C. Online Cancellation & Return Request

Click on the following link – (Cancellation) and (Return Request) – or use the shop navigation below to declare your withdrawal or request a return.

1. Log in using the e-mail address you used when placing your order, and enter the six-digit confirmation code sent to you by e-mail.
2. Click on the relevant order and, if applicable, select the affected items.
3. Select "Cancel order" (withdrawal) – or, for a return, select a reason for the return.
4. If you need a return slip from us, please add a corresponding note for the shop.
5. Click "Submit request".

If you withdraw from the contract, you will immediately receive a confirmation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) containing details of the content of your statement as well as the date and time of receipt.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with shipping instructions and, if requested, a return label. Your refund will be issued after the return has been sent and the product received.

Note: Return labels are only provided for orders within Germany, and a fee of € 4 will be deducted from the refund. For international orders, the customer must cover the cost of returning the goods themselves.
