A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You may also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website: https://account.thegreenwood.de/. If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation (e.g., by email) of the receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is essential or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

Linked/Financed Contracts

If you have financed this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both agreements form an economic unit. This is especially presumed if we are also your lender or if your lender used our cooperation to finance the purchase.

If the loan amount has already been received by us at the time the revocation becomes effective or the goods are returned, your lender takes over our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you. This does not apply if the object of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).

If you want to avoid being contractually bound as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement, if you have a right of withdrawal for it as well.

General Notes

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging to protect the product from transport damage.

2. Please do not return the goods freight collect (unpaid).

3. Please note that points 1 and 2 above are not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

C. Online Return Request

Click on this following link: (Return Request) or the shop navigation below and request a return online. The following steps are required.

1. Log in to your account:
1.1 In the "Email" field, enter your email address and then click "Continue".
1.2 In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
1.3 Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order you want to request the return for.
3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note (if you need a return slip from us) for the store.
5. Click "Submit Request".

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and, if requested, a return label. After returning and receiving the product, you will receive the refund.

Note: Return labels are only provided for orders within Germany and a fee of 4 € will be deducted from the refund. For international orders, the customer must return the goods at their own expense.
